At Douglas J Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Front Desk Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
About the position:
We’re seeking a Front Desk Associate who enjoys making our guests’ day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests’ experience by:
- Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s)
- Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day
- Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases
- Offer guest relaxation experiences, such as hand & arm massages.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8-hours.
- A serving heart and a charismatic, approachable personality
- High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively
