Job Title:  Customer Service Representative I (NON-EXEMPT) 

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns; escalate to specialists or other team members as needed.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain detaiked records of customer interactions, track inquiries and feedback, and provide resolutions 
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Support artwork routing, proof approvals, and job tracking to keep projects on schedule. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a solution-driven approach 
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software systems (e.g., FileMaker). 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Manufacturing or label pacakging experience a plus.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occassional standing and movement as needed
