Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc.
  • Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
  • Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - Preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required)
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools
  • Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects

Pines at Castle Rock - 630 Units

$18-$20/hr

Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm
