About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Revenue Operations Internship to support our Revenue Operations team across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is designed for a college-level student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, CRM systems, and cross-functional business processes.

As a Revenue Operations Internship you will work closely with experienced revenue and sales leaders to help maintain data quality, support reporting and analysis, and contribute to projects that improve how the revenue engine operates. This role offers meaningful exposure to how revenue strategy is executed through systems, processes, and data, while building a strong foundation for a future career in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.

Why This Role Matters

The Revenue Operations function plays a critical role in enabling predictable growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. As the organization scales, accurate data, strong processes, and clear insights become increasingly important. In this co-op role, your contributions will directly support the teams responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, helping ensure leaders can rely on data as a single source of truth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As a Revenue Operations Co-op, you will support the team in the following areas:

Revenue Data & Salesforce Support

  • Assist with maintaining and improving data quality in Salesforce, including data clean-up, validation, and basic reporting.
  • Support defined Salesforce standards, required fields, and pipeline stage hygiene to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities.
  • Help document and test updates to Salesforce workflows, fields, or reports as the revenue process evolves.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Help build, update, and validate dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, sales activity, and revenue performance.
  • Assist with analyzing trends in conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with team members to ensure reports are clear, explainable, and aligned with business definitions.

Forecasting & Performance Support

  • Support forecasting processes through data preparation, analysis, and validation.
  • Assist in identifying risks, gaps, or anomalies in pipeline data and escalating findings to the team.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses used in pipeline reviews and planning discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams on initiatives that improve revenue processes and insights.
  • Contribute to special projects related to sales operations, enablement, automation, and process optimization.
  • Help reduce manual work by supporting documentation, standardization, and basic automation efforts.

What We Value

  • Curiosity & Initiative – A desire to learn how revenue operations works end-to-end and proactively take on new challenges.
  • Analytical Thinking – Comfort working with data and interest in turning numbers into insights.
  • Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability – Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar CRM / BI tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in revenue operations, sales operations, financial technology, or business analytics.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience supporting a modern revenue operations function.
  • Exposure to executive-level reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Practical experience working with CRM systems, dashboards, and real-world business data.
