Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

  • Set Appointments: Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings to discuss their financial and insurance needs.
  • Offer Expert Solutions: Recommend customized life and health insurance options based on each client’s goals.
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with policy updates or questions.
  • Grow Your Business: Proactively pursue new leads and maintain relationships to expand your client base.

Compensation

  • Commission + Bonuses: Unlimited earning potential — first-year agents typically earn $60,000–$100,000+.
  • Residual Income: Earn renewals on policies. After 10 years, you’re fully vested for life, creating long-term passive income.
  • Weekly Pay: Commission is paid every Friday via direct deposit.

  • Award-Winning Training: Start with live Zoom sessions led by top field leaders. No-cost pre-licensing training is provided; you’ll invest approximately $200 for your state licensing course and exam.

  • Life & Health License: Must be obtained prior to selling (we’ll guide you through the process).
