Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while assisting multiple departments with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to project teams and office staff.
  • Assist with data entry, document organization, and file management (digital and physical).
  • Assist project teams in the field and visit job sites to help gather information and support project activities. 
  • This role may require working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including high heat.
  • Help maintain organized project documentation and office records.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation as needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather or verify information for administrative tasks.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails as needed.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, delivery tickets, or other basic project documentation.
  • Support office staff and management with special projects and general administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or technical program preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
