We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team onsite at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and collection skills, at least one-year general office experience, and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office. Fast paced environment. Work Monday through Friday, day shifts, occasional half day on Saturday.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with monthly bonus equaling $20.00 - $25.00 per hour average.

What You'll Do:

• Customer service communication with customers, repossession agents, other vendors, and coworkers daily. 
• Negotiate with customers to actively get them to redeem their recently repossessed vehicle.
• Create reinstatement documents and provide to customer.
• Verify information and enter repossession and other data into customer management system ensuring thorough and accurate.
• Support team with Bankruptcy's and Impounds. 
• Other administrative duties as needed.

What You'll Need:

• This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects.
• The ideal candidate must possess great time management skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in challenging situations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide clear oral and written communications is essential.
