Intake Coordinator Responsibilities: 

• Building patient charts in the EMR 

• Entering med lists 

• Verifying insurance 

• Mapping patient visits 

• Scheduling new patient appointments 

• Communicating with patients and those involved with the patients care about the practice 

• Following up with referral source 

• Tracking new patients and referrals 

Intake Coordinator Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree required 

• 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting 

• Experience in healthcare preferred

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $22-26 hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
