Highland Health & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 44-bed skilled, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Manager (RN) to join our dynamic team in skilled nursing!
In this role, you will develop, evaluate, and implement healthcare plans while assisting in managing individual medical plans and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will also serve as a key communicator between families, doctors, providers, and residents. As a leader in our care team, you will mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
