Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of the dealership lot while also assisting with important administrative tasks that support our sales and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the vehicle lot and showroom

• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership property

• Take and upload vehicle photos for online inventory listings

• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory

• Ensure purchase orders are completed and properly submitted

• Drive vehicles between dealership locations or to customer locations as needed

• Check in new inventory and assist with vehicle merchandising

• Keep vehicle rows clean, properly lined up, and ready for customers

• Assist the sales and management team with daily operational needs

• Perform lot checks and report any vehicle damage or issues

• Service concierge

• Service porter

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and smartphone skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
