What You'll Do:
  • Assist in planning and executing activities and social programs 
  • Support residents in using their physical and mental potential 
  • Encourage resident engagement and participation 
  • Promote a positive atmosphere and emotional well-being 
  • Bring joy and smiles to residents through meaningful interactions
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience working with elderly/dementia residents is preferred
  • Must be able to do physical tasks such as leading exercise 
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
