About the Job:

Create engaging content across social media channels.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Daily moderation of all social networks especially TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Able to create and design graphics for Instagram in feed posts and stories
• Stay updated on latest brand-relevant social trends to ideate and create
• Contribute to creative brainstorms to develop new content concepts
• Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely online presence
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across platforms
• Work closely with our paid ads teams to provide necessary content to market across channels
• Attend shoots, events and activations for coverage

What it takes to Join:

• Proficiency in Canva and/or other graphic design platforms
• Strong cross-functional communication to collaborate with teams throughout the organization
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and works well in fast-paced environments
• Possess eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual storytelling
• Passion for social media marketing, fashion & pop-culture trends
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Salary Range: $53,560 - $70,304

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
