The Company has an experienced and proven management team with over a combined century of experience. VFI finances critical use assets for lessees across a wide variety of industries. VFI has a diversified portfolio in both equipment and geographic locations.

VFI is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administers full cycle recruiting such as job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientations
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and HR databases
  • Ability to handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees
  • Data entry and various types of correspondence
  • Assists with researching, creating, and developing policies and procedures
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Assists in special projects throughout the Human Resources department as needed
  • Oversees wellness communications and activities

Skills:

  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques
  • Experience in conducting interviews and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with systems such as ADP and Employee Navigator a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Time and task management oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels

Education and Experience:

  • Two years experience in an office setting with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in HR Administration
