Lead Our Production Lines – Production Line Lead Wanted!
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Production Line Lead to guide our team members, ensure safe and accurate assembly, and keep our operations running smoothly every day.
Oversee Production Lines: Supervise assembly operations to ensure products are assembled, packed, and documented correctly.
Guide and Support Team Members: Provide clear instructions and hands-on assistance with assembly tasks as needed.
Encourage Efficiency & Best Practices: Motivate team members to work effectively while maintaining quality and safety.
Ensure Food Safety & Compliance: Uphold GMPs and food handling procedures at all times.
Promote a Positive Work Environment: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
Step In as Needed: Assist in product assembly and perform other duties to support team success.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to complete all required company and government training.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
Must be able to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
Work includes exposure to hot and cold environments, machinery, and moderate-to-loud noise levels.
Flexibility for extended hours, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
