Lead Our Production Lines – Production Line Lead Wanted!

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Production Line Lead to guide our team members, ensure safe and accurate assembly, and keep our operations running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Production Lines: Supervise assembly operations to ensure products are assembled, packed, and documented correctly.

  • Guide and Support Team Members: Provide clear instructions and hands-on assistance with assembly tasks as needed.

  • Encourage Efficiency & Best Practices: Motivate team members to work effectively while maintaining quality and safety.

  • Ensure Food Safety & Compliance: Uphold GMPs and food handling procedures at all times.

  • Promote a Positive Work Environment: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.

  • Step In as Needed: Assist in product assembly and perform other duties to support team success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Willingness to complete all required company and government training.

  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

  • Must be able to lift/move up to 40 lbs.

  • Work includes exposure to hot and cold environments, machinery, and moderate-to-loud noise levels.

  • Flexibility for extended hours, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

  • Must complete all Whitsons and government required training as necessary
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB:

  • Sit, walk, talk and hear
  • Use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
  • Be standing on feet majority of the workday in addition to walking back and forth.
  • Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Lifting while turning side to side is sometimes necessary.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Position sometimes requires extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, travel to multiple work sites and occasional out-of-state travel. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The work is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the packing and warehousing areas
  • Standing most of the workday is required.
  • Work requires movement in and out of storerooms, near heavy machinery and freezers
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
