Our Express Technicians work in a modern, air-conditioned facility with access to high-quality tools, mentorship, and ongoing training designed to help you advance into main shop technician roles.

What You’ll Do
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Conduct multi-point inspections with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate vehicle findings clearly with Service Advisors
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Work efficiently to maintain high-quality service and quick turnaround times
• Assist the service team as needed to ensure positive customer experiences

Requirements
• 0–2+ years of technician, express, or lube tech experience (training available)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
