SCHEDULE: 

7p.m. - 5 a.m. (1 person)

5:00 p.m.- 1:30 a.m. (1 person)

Tasks 

• Remove trash and food from the waste containers..
• Dump trash in the trash & food in the correct compactor (This requires a forklift license)
• Remove debris from the floors.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas and following the General Manufacturing Policies.
• Other duties as assigned to maintain compliance.
  
  All Team Members are to adhere to Sara Lee Frozen Bakery’ policies, procedures, SQF 2000, Good Manufacturing Practices and Global Business Standards. Ensuring all inedible is picked up and taken to designated area. Ensuring all supplies, tools and other non-authorized materials are removed, along with trash and cardboard from the area. Perform additional tasks as needed to include, but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or in other areas. Perform tasks as needed to include, but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or other areas. 

Requirements (minimum requirements in order to be considered for the job) 

• MUST HAVE A FORKLIFT LICENSE.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions. 
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Must be willing to work in a production environment requiring safety glasses, hair/beard net, hearing protection, and rubber boots with safety toe. All PPE is provided by Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. 
• Must be willing to climb up and down stairs to enter/exit the production area. 
• Walks over boot scrubbers prior to entering work areas. 
• Must be willing to withstand cold and hot environments. 
• Must be willing to work 8-12 hours shifts which include standing, walking, and consistent movements.
