What You’ll Do
- Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod
- Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property
- Clean and maintain common areas and grounds
- Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- At least 6 months of related experience
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

- Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices
