Your work environment at EXPIn this role you will be a part of the Mid-Atlantic Program Management team collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help drive operational insights, performance tracking, and informed decision-making across projects. What a day at EXP has in store for you

Assist with collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Support project performance tracking (schedule, cost, staffing, KPIs)
Prepare clear summaries and visualizations for leadership reviews
Collaborate with program and project managers on ad hoc analyses

What your experience looks like

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or higher program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

The hourly rate for this role is $21 to $28 an hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
