Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team! Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives for academic programs, events, and student engagement.

Schedule and publish content to social media platforms using provided guidelines and content plans.

Support the creation and updating of marketing materials (flyers, social posts, graphic, etc.).

Collect information from internal departments and organize content for review.

Assist with maintaining brand consistency across materials using existing templates.

Track daily performance metrics across marketing channels and prepare performance reports.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Digital Design & Multimedia Responsibilities

Create digital assets for social media, web, email, and campus promotions using approved templates.

Apply institutional brand guidelines to digital and print materials.

Update existing graphics based on direction and feedback.

Use AI tools to support basic design tasks and content adaptation.

Organize digital files and maintain version control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE Working knowledge of current digital marketing practices and social media engagement strategies. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software. Familiarity with basic market research and data analysis.

EDUCATION 

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
