Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Visitors: Greet clients and guests with a friendly smile, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring every query is handled effectively.
- Office Management: Keep our workspace organized with supplies and equipment, creating a productive environment.
- Mail Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping everyone on track.
- Correspondence Preparation: Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications seamlessly.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain company databases and records with accuracy.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with processing invoices and payments, contributing to our financial efficiency.
- Additional Tasks: Take on various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
