Add a Spark to the Ordinary

We’re looking for exceptional MBA talent to join us this summer and lead high-impact projects across the business. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program runs from June 8 through August 14 and is designed to give you real ownership, meaningful responsibility, and deep exposure to how Blank Street operates and scales.

As an MBA Intern, you won’t be observing from the sidelines, you’ll be embedded within a team, working closely with leaders and operators to solve real problems, ship real work, and drive measurable impact. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented experience in a fast-growing, brand-driven company.

We’re hiring across multiple departments. You’ll be able to indicate your functional preferences in the application, and we’ll do our best to match you based on your background, interests, and business needs. This internship is fully in-person and based out of our Brooklyn, NY HQ.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and execute a high-impact project within your assigned team
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business
• Contribute strategy, analysis, and execution to real business priorities
• Gain firsthand exposure to how a high-growth consumer brand operates and scales
• Present your work, insights, and recommendations at the end of the program

Requirements

• A rising second year in an MBA program, or recent MBA graduate
• Available full-time from June 8 to August 14 (10 weeks)
• Able to work in person from our Brooklyn, NY HQ
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Excited to learn, contribute, and take initiative
