Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated summer intern to support our Global Sales Operations team. This role involves customer data research, documentation, Salesforce transaction support, and sales analytics. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable working with data.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•    Research customer information on the web and help assign accurate Customer Group, Region, and Headquarters for unassigned Data Warehouse customer accounts across all ERPs, Segments, and Divisions.
•    Process and track loaner transactions in Salesforce.
•    Create process documentation to support operational workflows.
•    Generate sales analytics and reports using Excel or Power BI, including data cleanup, pivot tables, and visualizations.
 

Education & Experience

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform structured online research.
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas).
• Experience with Salesforce or Power BI is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Additional Information
• Internship Duration: 10 – 14 weeks.

Working Conditions

• This role will be based on-site in the Santa Clara, CA (Patrick Henry) site
• Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
•  Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
