This internship provides valuable exposure to project management, engineering/design management, and to work closely with the leadership and business development with a rapidly growing award-winning engineering company.  The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and interested in gaining practical experience in the AEC industry. Key Responsibilities Contribute to developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for upcoming project bids. Support proposal development, including gathering data, preparing drafts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines. Conduct research on potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends to help identify new business opportunities. Help streamline internal processes such as scheduling, document management, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency. Work directly, closely and under supervision of Business Unit Leadership and must take instruction, confidentiality and timeliness seriously. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (Seniors only) or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or a related field. Strong interest in project delivery, construction, and engineering firm management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe and Project Information Management Systems (exhibit ability to learn) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. QualificationsPreferred Qualifications Coursework or hands-on experience related to construction, design or project management (construction/development) Previous internship experience.
