What We're Looking For

Cross River is looking to hire new talent for our eight-week summer internship program starting in June 2026. Cross River has developed a customized, project-based program where we strive to individualize each student’s experience based on their unique skill set and career choice.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Architecture & Design: Assist in developing conceptual designs for data marts, understanding business requirements and translating them into logical data models
2. Business Intelligence Support: Contribute to CRBi projects, including dashboard development, report generation, and data visualization initiatives
3. Data Quality & Production Support: Support data production processes, including data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting
4. AI & Analytics Projects: Participate in AI/ML pilot projects and exploratory data analysis initiatives
5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, processes, and analytical methodologies
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand data needs and deliver insights

What You'll Learn:

1. Fintech Industry Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of banking technology, payment systems, and financial data ecosystems
2. Enterprise Data Architecture: Learn how large-scale data systems are designed and maintained in regulated industries
3. Business Intelligence: Develop skills in translating business questions into analytical solutions
4. AI in Financial Services: Understand real-world applications of AI/ML in banking and compliance
5. Agile Development: Experience working in agile teams with modern development methodologies

This internship will have a hybrid schedule in our Fort Lee, NJ office.

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $25.00
