Make an impact as an Analytics & Metrics Intern:

The Network Services team is dedicated to optimizing the Mastercard network to accelerate sales activities, enhance customer value, and drive scalable impact across the North America region. We partner closely with product, sales, finance, and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen our pricing and commercialization models, and activate network launched initiatives that support Mastercard’s services business.

As an Analytics & Metrics Intern, you will support the development, optimization, and execution of strategic initiatives for the North American services business. You will also assist with data analysis, review pricing models, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Program Qualifications:  

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Winter 2026 to Spring 2027

Ability to partner across the organization  

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)

Strong analytical and organizational skills 

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $32/hr

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
