JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys solving problems with data, and is eager to take on new challenges. You will support financial reporting and revenue operations that directly influence business decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Create financial reports with meaningful, actionable insights for leadership.
  •  Perform variance analysis on revenue and expenses; identify trends and drivers.
  •  Evaluate key financial and operational metrics to support decision making.

Revenue Operations

  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts and purchase orders.
  • Verify and post cash receipts to the general ledger with proper documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to billing and cash applications.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business units to improve processes and data accuracy. 
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to support financial initiatives

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Comfort working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Oracle preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in finance and accounting preferred
• Experience with ERP or billings systems preferred
• Understanding of GAAP Principles

COMPENSATION:

The national average salary for this role is $70 000.00 - $80 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
