Position: Housekeeper - Apartments
Location: Quail Run Apartments - Columbus, IN
Pay Rate: $17-18/hour
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Who You Are:
- Relevant experience and a basic understanding of housekeeping duties.
- Capable of lifting and pushing 50 pounds and climbing stairs.
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
What You Will Do:
- Clean hallways, stairs, common areas, elevators, guest suites, and office spaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Dust furniture, clean and polish fixtures, and clean glass.
- Clean and sanitize restroom(s).
- Empty trash, garbage containers, and dog depots.
- Perform minor and routine chores and notify management about the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Track and order cleaning supplies.
