About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath products and services, all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software
Provide pricing information and secure sales consistently
Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in home sales preferred; home remodeling background a plus
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations with clarity
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
