We are looking for a motivated individual to join the train team to support our growing NPL Pennsylvania operations. This isn’t just a desk job; you’ll be the bridge between our office and the field, ensuring our teams are safe, qualified, and ready to succeed.

Full Time: 7:00 AM start (40-50 hours/week), Houston, PA office

What You'll Do

  • Lead new hire orientations, covering everything from essential safety protocols to technical skills
  • Conduct Operator Qualifications (OQ) and OSHA trainings as needed
  • Manage the training calendar and track performance results
  • Perform on-site new hire follow ups, field mentoring, training, etc.
  • Perform other related tasks as requested

What You'll Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior training or natural gas construction experience (willing to train the right person)
  • 7AM start, available for overtime to support business needs
  • Professional communication experience to enforce safety standards

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a 50% office and 50% field work at warehouse and construction sites
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
