Customer Service Representative

AMVC Swine Health Services

Frankfort, Indiana

 AMVC Swine Health Services is seeking a CSR. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to handle administrative office needs, as well as the technical needs of our fast-paced swine veterinary clinic including customer service and order management.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Process and manage orders for all SHS clients across multiple vendors
  • Resolve orderdiscrepanciespromptly and professionally
  • Confirm pricing with venders and keep price sheets updated
  • Communicate with veterinarians and customers any stock or shipping concerns
  • MaintainaccurateSHS inventoryrecords, including stock levels and reorder points
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory integrity
  • Prepare and process invoices for all drop ship orders
  • Verify billing details to ensuretimelysubmission to clients and venders
  • Answer incoming phone calls, directing inquires appropriately
  • Greet andassistclients who visit the front office for all entities

Knowledge and Preferred Skills: 

  • Strengths inorganizationandcommunication
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, MicrosoftWordand Outlook
  • Proven customer serviceskills
  • Knowledge of swineindustrypreferred,butnot required.

*This is a full time position however we may be willing to work with the right candidate if they are only able to be scheduled weekly 30-35 hours.

30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday schedule, benefits package available*
