FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in the US, has an immediate need for multiple Fueler positions for aircraft fueling at its new Las Vegas, Nevada airport operation. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fuel and service aircraft before departure using airport fueling equipment and ground service equipment.
  • Communicate with the airport dispatch team and other airport personnel.
  • Record fueling data and fuel dispensing data per aircraft using provided handheld tools.
  • Record flight data such as destination, flight number etc.
  • Conduct safety checks on service equipment such as fueling carts.
  • Handle fueling hoses and carts along with other airport fueling equipment.

Requirements

Preferred candidates will have a proven history of demonstrating Safety, Performance, Compliance, Customer Service, and People achievements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older;
  • Reliable transportation;
  • Eligible to work in the United States;
  • Valid state driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record;
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and federal fingerprint background check.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Capable of regularly lifting 80 pounds;
  • Must be accustomed to and able to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift;
  • Ability to work in an outside environment, with exposure to hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather;
  • Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms;
  • Ability to work with moderate to high noise level at various times.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Basic mathematical skills;
  • Demonstrated regular, predictable attendance at the airport location;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
  • Ability to communicate in English while on the job with customers, coworkers, or supervisors who only speak English, in emergencies or other situations in which employees must speak a common language to promote safety;
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form;
  • Basic understanding of computer applications and data entries.
