Laundry Associate – Night Shift

The Laundry Associate – Night Shift plays an important role in preparing linens used for events across our locations. This position is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens so they are clean, accurate, and ready for upcoming deliveries and installations. This role works behind the scenes to help ensure every event is properly supported and ready on time. Laundry Associates work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and must be comfortable meeting daily production timelines based on business needs.

This position includes a training period of approximately 30 days, which will be scheduled during daytime or evening hours. After training is completed, the schedule will transition to night shift hours. Night shift schedules may vary based on business needs and may include shifts such as 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM or similar overnight hours. Weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens by type, size, and color
  • Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect linens for cleanliness, damage, and quality standards
  • Prepare and organize clean linens for warehouse and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate counts and ensure linens are placed in the correct location
  • Support daily production goals and timelines to meet event schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Qualifications for Laundry Associate – Night Shift

  • Prior laundry, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work night shift hours after completion of the training period
  • Availability to work weekends based on business needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability  to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable  working in a production and warehouse environment
