What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Starting Pay: $ 20 per hour (plus perks and commissions)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. | 40–60 hours per week

• Inspecting premises for signs of pests, including identifying sources of infestation and potential entry points while wearing a backpack sprayer
• Determining the appropriate treatment methods, such as applying pesticides, setting traps, or using baits, and selecting the correct tools and equipment
• Applying pesticides accurately and safely, following instructions and taking necessary precautions adhering to safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and handling chemicals responsibly
• Communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Driving company vehicles, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other administrative tasks
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
