PROGRAM DETAILS:

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and analyze budgets and projections and report and analyze actual results and variances
• Partner with their manager to review, develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status for assigned brand
• Cost accounting for profit and loss statements by merchandise departments.
• Support the tax compliance function by gathering the necessary information and documents needed for sales and use tax returns
• Assist with the reporting of sales and prepare and analyze monthly accounts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
• Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, and basic financial modeling)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated interest in finance, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products industries
