Equitable is seeking an intern for their Individual Retirement Sales Desk, where you'll receive in-depth training on annuity products and shadow the internal wholesale team. Ideal candidates will be rising seniors (Class of 2027) with an interest in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Details
Dates: Nine week program starting in early June 2026
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Location: Charlotte, NC
Housing: Intern housing available
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) combining flexibility with team collaboration

Competencies and Skills
Effective Presentations: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality.
Listening: Knowledge of effective listening issues and techniques; ability to gather, clarify, and apply information transmitted verbally, while exhibiting a genuine interest toward the speaker.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
