Summary

Assist with the day-to-day functions of the treasury department; This role is vital in processing, tracking, and reporting of the company’s banking/floorplan transactions; Must bring a personable approach and be process driven to provide results in a clear and organized manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Computer software proficient; can quickly adapt to new systems
• Able to work with minimum supervision, capable of self-checking work
• Assist with floorplan audits
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Can advise on and make process improvements 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Ability to meet assigned deadlines, multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, and perform data analysis. 
• Advancing Excel Skills
• Learn to Interpret various document types including ledgers, routine reports, charts, financial schedules and various correspondence, and draft new documents. 
• Provide accurate deliverables
• Consolidate data from multiple business systems and database environments
• Cognizant of maintaining accounting and security compliance standards

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Working Conditions

• As is typical for a modern office job, working from a desk within a cubicle in an open office environment is to be expected.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting or standing, climbing stairs, and interfacing with computers and equipment is expected.
