Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 compensation $312k annually | $150/hour
• OB coverage 24-hour $3,500
• $20K Commencement Bonus
• Annual Retention Bonus 
• Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000

Practice Environment:

• Orange County Global Medical Center
• Safety Net Hospital
• 4 ORs | 282 beds | Level II Trauma Center | Level III NICU
• Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage | OR2 8-10 hours shifts | Adding 2 new ORs 
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shifts: 8, 10, 12, 24-hour shifts available
• CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and 24hr OB Call
• Total Cases 6,980 | OB Cases 1,142 | Cath Lab Cases 1,500 | GI Cases 579 | IR Cases 1,050
• Care Team Model (currently 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs)
• Established team | hiring due to growth

Qualifications:

• Active state license | DEA 
• Board certification 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Orange County Global Medical Center (OCGMC) is a 282‑bed Level II Trauma Center offering an active, high‑acuity anesthesia practice in a fast‑paced surgical environment. The facility treats 20,000+ ED patients annually and provides 24/7 trauma, emergency, and surgical coverage, supported by STEMI designation and a Level III NICU.

Anesthesia providers support a wide range of surgical services, including:

• Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery
• Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases
• Obstetric, Maternal & Neonatal Care
• Burn Center & Trauma Support
• General, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urologic Procedures

OCGMC offers consistent case volume, complex pathology, and a collaborative care team, making it an ideal opportunity for CRNAs seeking a full‑scope practice with strong clinical variety and professional stability.
