The Problems You'll Solve

During this 10-week internship, you will:

  • Support Product Launches & Collateral: Assist in the creation and curation of marketing assets, including product one-pagers, sales slide decks, and website content. You’ll help ensure our messaging is consistent across all customer-facing materials.
  • Contribute to Market Research: Help the team "pulse" the market by conducting competitive research and persona analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a connective tissue between Product Marketing and the Creative/Brand teams. You’ll learn how to draft high-quality creative briefs and ensure that projects stay on schedule and aligned with product goals.
  • Campaign & Demand Gen Support: Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to help execute product-focused campaigns. You’ll assist in drafting copy for paid activations, social media, and email nurtures to help drive product awareness.
  • Sales Enablement & Logistics: Support the "Go-To-Market" (GTM) engine by organizing internal training materials and assets that help our Sales and Business Development teams explain the value of Carta to potential customers.
  • Data & Performance Tracking: Assist in post-launch reporting by gathering data on how new features or campaigns are performing. You’ll help the team synthesize this data to understand what’s working and what we should iterate on next.

You’ll be joining our Marketing team, as part of our Product and Customer Marketing team. Marketing is the engine for growth at Carta. We bring our values to life through our brand, and drive demand for products and services across a complex market landscape. We infuse the customer in everything we design, define and deliver and reflect the inspiration and ambition of our customers in the work we do.
