The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service and administrative support, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and strong organizational skills. A two-year certificate from college or technical school is required or equivalent experience.

This role acts as a liaison between clients and hotel departments to deliver seamless group experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities.
