ESPN WEST PALM SUMMER INTERNSHIP

(West Palm Beach, Florida)

Good Karma Brands & ESPN West Palm are currently recruiting college students for a paid internship. Spring, Summer and Fall opportunities available. Students can, but do not have to, receive college credit to participate in our internship program. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, interested in learning more about sports marketing, sales, events, and media, and who enjoys hands-on experiences in the areas of new business development, promotional event marketing and content creation. 

ESPN West Palm is a sports marketing entity with assets such as ESPN 106.3 FM and Deportes 760 AM.

Daily Responsibilities of an intern:

  • Implementing on-site events
  • Creating event recaps for partners
  • Developing on-air scripts for hosts 
  • Designing graphics using a variety of mediums 
  • Developing strategies to bring fans and partners to events 
  • Editing audio and video
  • Writing commercial copy
  • Producing and board operating
  • Creating sales and marketing materials
  • Job shadow
  • Other assigned tasks

Hours and Pay

This internship is approximately 15–20 hours/week from May 2026 to August 2026. Interns are paid $14.00 an hour and will gain experience in marketing, sales, and content.
