This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).

OVERVIEW:

The Platform Solutions department works with different business lines in support of strategic initiatives and support of Trading, Portfolio Management, and Compliance within the organization. The department is made up of Investment Management Services, Performance Measurement, Investment Systems, and Technology teams. The Investment Systems team acts as an intermediary between the business community and technical community in working with both internal development teams and external software vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the success of high-priority and strategic tactical initiatives by leveraging data-driven approaches
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI and to support reporting and analytics needs for investment management projects 
• Provide technology support for fixed income, equity trading, and compliance 
• Assist Private Wealth and Technology teams across multiple investment-related projects 
• Partner with development teams to gather business requirements and assist with software development, especially for data-centric solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) 
• Basic understanding of equity and fixed income products 
• Flexibility and quick learning
• Familiarity with SQL a plus 
• Familiarity with data visualization applications (ex: PowerBI, Sisense)
