As a Corporate Operations (Corp Ops) MBA Intern, you will sit at the strategic nexus of our organization, connecting the dots across a diverse array of functions including Product, Sales, Finance, People, Legal, M&A, and more. This role blends high-level business problem-solving with analytical, data-driven rigor. You will operate as a versatile cross-functional athlete—translating company-wide strategy into operational reality, building out vital data-led feedback loops, and ensuring seamless collaboration across our most critical business units.
If you are a builder who loves structuring ambiguous challenges, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, and using data to guide real-world execution, this is the role for you. During your 12-week internship, you will be mentored by a dedicated sponsor and have the opportunity to connect with senior leaders across the organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
