This internship is designed for students interested in financial services, specifically those who are currently juniors or seniors enrolled in a four-year degree program at an accredited college or university or enrolled in a two-year Hawaiʻi program with plans to transfer to a four-year Hawaiʻi institution. The program also values candidates with strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, alongside basic computer proficiency.

The HSFCU Summer Internship Program is a full‑time, 8‑week paid experience designed for motivated students interested in exploring careers in financial services. The program provides practical exposure to credit union operations.
Interns gain valuable hands‑on experience, work alongside supportive teams, build professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the employee and member experience.
