Now Hiring: Filler Operator
Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 3rd shift 6:00PM - 6:30AM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $23.00/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor filler equipment to ensure efficient production
- Perform changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and product quality standards
- Accurately complete production and compliance records
- Support daily production goals and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Ability to pass a state certification test after training (required)
- Previous production, manufacturing, or food industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
