Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Program Coordinator! This role will be supporting the smooth delivery of internal and external projects. This role involves data management, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement. Program Coordinators may support anything from individual projects to entire business functions. While primarily internal facing, the role may include direct communication with clients, customers, or trade allies. You'll help ensure programs run efficiently and align with operational guidelines.

Successful candidates will reside in Indiana or the Mid- West to be considered for the role.

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence. Payment processing. Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
