Duties and Responsibilities: Welcomes all new patients/parents in the office and follows patients through their entire patient journey Understanding of general orthodontic operations and patient flow Verifying patients' insurance Utilize tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs to start treatment Present treatment plans, negotiate agreeable finance options, and execute sales contracts Utilize available financial options to give patients choices for how they can start orthodontic treatment financially Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the perfect patient experience Corresponds with general dentists and specialists.
