Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital. Perform quality checks during Period End Closing (PEC), drive corrective adjustments with stakeholders. Build financial models and scenarios to support decision-making. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and explanations. Improve data quality, drive automation, and enable self-service analytics across the unit. Provide fact-based commercial and operational insights that connect financials to business drivers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects. Ensure adherence to accounting directives, SOX/ABC controls and Code of Business Ethics. - Stakeholder Engagement. - Financial Acumen. - Change and Improvement Management. - Business Understanding. - Variance Analysis. Experience in Reporting Tools like Power BI, SSRS, QlikView or other such tools Adapting & Responding to change, Adhering to Principles & Values, Analyzing, Deciding & Initiating Action, Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations, Persuading & Influencing. 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent Available for a full-time internship for 12 week Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or Masters on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship - Finance Automation. - Cost Management. - Financial Forecasting. - Data Visualization. - Financial Analysis. - Accounting and reporting. - Data Analytics.
