About the role:
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.
 

About the team

Production team processing mailroom and data entry transactions for top Healthcare customers within a BPO (Backoffice) setting. 

What you will be doing

• You will be performing production Data Entry, including data capture and data validation (process exception handling).

• Makes recommendations to the department supervisor on any matter affecting productivity, efficiency, service, or problem resolution.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Typically, 1-2 years of data entry experience

• Positive and professional attitude

• Ability to type at an accuracy of 99.5% at 55 WPM (Words Per Minute)

• Willingness and flexibility to work mandatory overtime as required by leadership

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Added bonus if you have:

• Data entry experience within the Healthcare industry
