Syska Hennessy Group is seeking a Human Resources Summer Intern to support their HR team in areas like benefits, compensation, learning, development, recruitment, and retention. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management and must be at a minimum in their Junior or Senior year. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills are required, and prior HR internship experience is a plus.

Internship Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Summer Intern, you will be supporting the Human Resources Team in our three centers of excellences: Benefit & Compensation, Learning and & Development and Recruitment and Retention. You will learn from others, and they will expect to learn from you. You will share in the responsibility, rewards, and recognition of producing truly innovative solutions and complete client satisfaction. The pace is fast, and the camaraderie is close.

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
