Our Program
The Summer Litigation Internship is an 8-week program from June 15th to August 7th, 2026. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the legal industry and hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of complex civil and criminal financial litigation.
Our internship program was previously offered as separate Analyst and Litigation Assistant Intern roles and has since been combined into a single Litigation Intern position. It is intended for individuals interested in pursuing full-time opportunities in the future and is not open to candidates who are currently enrolled in law school.
Litigation Interns work on case teams and collaborate closely with the firm’s lawyers, Analysts, and Litigation Assistants, contributing to a wide range of substantive and administrative assignments. Interns may also support internal departments such as Pro Bono, Knowledge Management and Business Development, helping to advance the firm’s practice and product innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will be high-performing individuals who have excellent communication skills and a strong ability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced legal environment. Authorization to work in the internship location is required; however, OPT is accepted for U.S. offices.

We are currently recruiting interns primarily for our New York and Washington DC offices, with the possibility of placement in our other office locations. Please note that location preferences cannot be guaranteed, as placements are determined by office needs and available headcount.
Additional Information
United States only: At the time of posting, the base salary for this role is US $23 (minimum) – US $23 (maximum) per hour. Each office operates in a hybrid in-office schedule depending on the jurisdiction.
